中文摘要: 互联网上的群体智能现象处处可见,如商品推荐、关键词联想、知识百科和问答等,实践层面的迅猛发展意味着理论研究的必要性和紧迫性。传统群体智能理论不足以解释互联网平台上人类群体智能的大规模涌现,传统管理学理论也不足以解释随之而来的社会组织范式变迁,有必要提出专门的在线群体智能(OCI)概念,并以之为核心构建理论模型。这一研究有助于理解OCI的演进脉络,改变目前实践试错的发展方式,加速应用形式创新和应用价值开发的效率。OCI为社会所创和社会所享,本质上是通过技术工具实现的新型组织范式,因此课题主要立足管理学领域开展研究:在研究OCI基本条件的前提下,整理分析典型应用形式,以案例、历史和理论相结合的方式界定基本概念,从微观角度分析在线个体行为,从宏观角度分析在线涌现现象,从功能角度分析信息智能获取,进而研究支撑OCI发展的平台问题,通过以上步骤形成OCI的理论框架。最后研究OCI在开放创新中的应用。

英文摘要: Applications of collective intelligence abound online, such as recommendation system of goods and services, association of keywords and Wikipedia, etc. Rapid development of Online Collective Intelligence (OCI) in practice makes it necessary and urgent for theoretical research. However, traditional theory about collective intelligence cannot explain the massive emergence of online collective intelligence of humankind, while traditional management theory is not sufficient to understand the resultant organizational paradigm shift in the Internet age. Henceforth, it is necessary to put forward the concept of OCI, on the basis of which theoretical framework will be constituted. The research will be valuable in deliberating the direction of OCI, improving the practical methods of trial and error in the development of OCI applications, accelerating the innovation pace of application forms and promoting their value mining. OCI is in essence new social organization by and for the crowd via technological tools, so it is logical to conduct the theoretical research about OCI from social perspective firstly. Bearing that in mind, this project will be conducted mainly in the discipline of Management while exploring relevant topics widely in other disciplines.
