中文摘要: 实际物体表面在反射、散射、透射和发射电磁辐射过程中,会产生由它们自身性质决定的特征偏振,它蕴含着目标物体的表面结构参数、介电常数等基本信息。目前对实际表面偏振特性的研究极为缺乏,已成为制约热辐射研究进一步向纳微尺度以及高温领域发展的瓶颈问题。本课题瞄准本学科国际研究前沿,采用基于Maxwell电磁理论数值计算方法系统地研究实际粗糙表面结构尺度参数对其偏振特性的影响;结合椭圆偏振仪和双向光谱反射仪实验测量结果,揭示偏振、衍射和相干效应对粗糙表面散射电磁波偏振方向、相位分布以及反射系数等的影响机制和规律。研究意义:实际表面偏振特性的精确预测是椭偏仪装置测量实际材料光学常数亟待解决的一个关键问题,在原子物理、半导体加工、医学成像、地球科学到遥感等热辐射传输领域具有重要的应用和长远意义。

英文摘要: In the process of reflection, scattering, transmission and emission of electromagnetic radiation from actual surfaces, special polarization properties, determined by their nature, will be generated. It contains the basic informations such as surface structure parameters and permittivity of the target object. Recently, the study of the polarization properties of the actual surface is very scarce. This now becomes a bottleneck restricting the thermal radiation researches from development towards the microscale and high-temperature field. This project aims at the frontier research in thermal radiation, systematically studies the impact of the scale parameters of actual rough surface structure on its polarization properties, combines with the ellipsometer and biderection spectral reflectometer experimental measurement results, and reveals the mechanisms and laws of polarization, diffraction and coherence effects on the polarization direction of rough surface scattering, direction of the phase distribution, and the reflection coefficient, respectively. The accurate prediction of the actual surface polarization properties is a key problem of the ellipsometer device measuring the actual material optical constants need to be solved. It has important applications and lasting significance in the thermal radiation transfer
