中文摘要: 改进产品对环境的影响可以在设计阶段做到,而不是通过工艺效率、清洁生产等后期方法进行控制。近年有利于环保的可持续设计已成为着眼于全局产品的设计方法。本项目试图分析复杂定制机械产品的可持续设计过程,以面向环境的产品生命周期设计过程为研究对象,通过多层次有效的过程集成技术及资源优化方法,来满足定制要求较高的复杂产品的可持续设计目标,促进整个产品可持续设计过程的优化,并达到产品设计过程全局的资源优化,为进一步从理论和方法结合上研究复杂定制机械产品的可持续设计开拓新的思路。项目的难点在面向环境的可持续设计信息集成与资源数据共享的复杂性问题,集成产品可持续设计元建模及集成可持续设计的资源优化控制问题。项目的成功实施可使产品过程集成与资源环境得以综合考虑,将可持续设计环境元素融入到产品设计生命周期,有利于实现产品的综合设计优化,从而增强产品在全球市场中的竞争力。

英文摘要: The maximal improvement of environmental impact of products can be achieved in the earlier design stage, rather than in the later stage of process efficiency and cleaner production control. In recent years, sustainable design for environmental protection has become the design method of focus on overall product. Taking product life cycle design process for the environment as the research object,project attempts to analyze process of sustainable design for complex customized mechanical product through multilevel effective process integration technology and resource optimization method, to meet the higher requirements of sustainable design target in complex product, to promote the optimization process of sustainable design of the whole product and achieve the optimal resource in global sustainable design process, to exploit new theory and methods fields for further research on complex customized mechanical products.
