中文摘要: 纳米银具有广谱抗菌性,有望利用其发展具有抗菌功能的新型齿科树脂材料。原位生成纳米银方法可以借助聚合物单体聚合反应产生的自由基还原银离子,实现在单体聚合的同时合成纳米银。该方法既能解决纳米银在聚合物中的均匀分散问题,又是一个不产生多余副产物的绿色合成方法。但前期研究发现有机银源溶解在叔胺和仲胺溶液的过程中,能够通过银光敏反应的方式来还原银离子生成纳米银,这也许可以减少齿科树脂聚合过程中纳米银原位生成对聚合度的影响,并在齿科树脂材料设计上不会因添加过多的胺类材料而影响聚合效果。本研究目的是探索并获得合理有效的在口腔树脂材料中纳米银自生成的方法,并使树脂中纳米银能够很好地发挥主动抗菌和抑菌作用,并将纳米银对树脂材料的生物安全性及物理、机械、化学等性能影响控制在合理范围内,从而将该方法合理应用到各类型齿科树脂材料中,实现其抗菌功能化。

英文摘要: Silver nanoparticle, which is known to exhibit a strong toxicity to a wide range of micro-organisms, is expected to be used in developing a novel bactericidal dental resin material. Coupling photoinitiated free radical polymerization of dimethacrylates with in situ silver ion reduction is a simplified procedure, less by-products and better dispersion of silver nanoparticals. However, previous studies have found that silver ions can be reduced by irradiating the mixture of organic silver salt and amine solution, decreasing the influence of the competition of the free radical between silver ions and resin monomer on the degree of polymerization and the amount of amine added as co-initiator in resin material. The objective of this study was to develop a rational and effective technique of synthesizing antimicrobial and antibacterial silver nanoparticals within dental resin composites, satisfying its biosafety、mechanical and chemical properties simultaneously, so as to endow various dental resin materials with antibacterial property.
