中文摘要: 泡沫橡胶路面因其整体性、大变形、超弹性、强阻尼特点,有望替代由砂砾、碎石等松散材料构成的避险车道铺面结构,解决由于材料的松散性带来的诸多安全问题,并为车辆被动式强制减速路面提供一种解决思路。围绕着这一新型路面涉及的基础性问题:通过(准)静态及动态扫描测试,研究材料的力学特性,找出泡沫橡胶的储能与能耗规律;基于ABAQUS有限元分析,研究大变形条件下轮胎-泡沫橡胶耦合动态响应机制,揭示泡沫橡胶路面减速机理;通过与实车足尺试验结果的对比,探讨仿真推演理论结果的实际应用问题,给出校正解决方案;基于多维变量遍历扫描,进行有限元动态仿真推演,绘制泡沫橡胶路面减速行为谱,为泡沫橡胶减速路面的工程应用提供理论指导。

英文摘要: Foam rubber pavement has integration,large deformation, strong damping and hyperelasticity characters. It can be used in truck escape ramp instead of relaxed material, such as gravel and macadam, to solve safety problems due to loose construct. It also provide a solution for compulsory deceleration pavement. Four key contents will be studied surrouding foundation problems about foam rubber pavement in this poporsal. Firstly, mechanical properties will be studied by static and dynamic scanning mechanical test to find energy storage and energy consumption discipline. Secondly, dynamic response mechanisms of coupled tire-foam rubber pavement will be researched based on finite element analysis using ABAQUS software, to find deceleration mechanisms of foam rubber pavement. Thirdly, project application of simulation deduction will be discussed by comparison with full-size test, and the calibration scheme will be proposed. Finally, deceleration ethogram of foam rubber pavement will be described by dynamic simulation deduction under multidimensional variable scanning, this will provide theoretical guidance towards project application of foam rubber pavement.
