中文摘要: 阿特拉津是一种大量使用的除草剂,也是水生态系统中最广泛分布的农药之一,研究表明其对人类具有危害。电化学检测具有快速简便的优点,是农药筛查的有力手段。阿特拉津具有亲脂性,同时,其还原电位接近水溶液中氢离子的还原电位,因此在水溶液中对其进行电化学检测较为困难。离子液体是一类新型的绿色有机溶剂,项目计划通过研究1)阿特拉津在各种功能离子液体中特异富集性能;2)阿特拉津在不同种类离子液体中的电化学特性,以最终构建基于离子液体的厚膜电极,创新性地利用厚膜电极中充当粘结剂的离子液体,将亲脂性的阿特拉津选择性地富集至电极表面;之后,进一步利用离子液体的作用,消除由于水溶液中氢离子还原带来的干扰背景信号,实现阿特拉津的高灵敏检测。这一研究为农药残留的快速检测提供了新手段。文献研究表明,目前国内外还没有相类似科学思路的研究报道。这一检测思想也可拓展到其他脂溶性农药和有机分子的电化学检测中,具有广阔应用前景。

英文摘要: Atrazine is a widely used herbicide, and it is also the herbicide which can be most easily found in the water ecosystem. However, the research results show that it is harmful to human being. Electroanalysis is fast and very simple, but the hydrophobic atrazine is difficult to be dissolved in the water, and furthermore, its reduction potential is close to that of hydrogen ion in the solution. Therefore, it is difficult to electrochemically detect atrazine in water. Ionic liquid is a kind of novel green organic solvent. In this project, we are going to investigate: 1) the selective preconcentration of atrazine in the different kinds of ionic liquid; 2) the electrochemical properties of atrazine in the different kinds of ionic liquid, in order to setup a task-specific ionic liquid thick film electrode. In this electrode, the ionic liquid, which functions the binder, can preconcentrate atrazine and also remove the interference of hydrogen for the fast and sensitive detection of atrazine. According to our knowledge, there is no such reports in the literatures up to now. Meanwhile, this approach can also be employed to the detection of other hydrophobic pesticides and organic molecules, which is very useful.
