中文摘要: 低透气性煤层的瓦斯抽放问题是制约煤矿安全高效生产的主要瓶颈之一,瓦斯不能及时抽出极易造成煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯爆炸等矿井瓦斯灾害现象,采用前混合磨料水射流辅助钻进和煤层割缝卸压是提高含瓦斯煤层渗透率的有效方法,研究淹没环境下前混合磨料水射流对低透气性煤层的冲蚀规律及增透效应对提高前混合磨料水射流强化抽采煤层瓦斯效果具有重要意义。本项目采用实验研究、理论分析以及现场试验相结合的方法,实验研究淹没环境不同切割因素下前混合磨料水射流对煤层的冲蚀规律,以及伴随煤岩储层卸压后煤层应力场和渗流场的动态变化规律;理论分析煤层应力场和渗流场动态耦合规律,基于Weibull分布煤体损伤理论建立煤体扰动过程的损伤-渗流数学模型,并进行现场试验。研究成果可为现场提高前混合磨料水射流强化抽采煤层瓦斯效果提供实验与理论基础,有效防止矿井瓦斯灾害,保证煤矿安全生产。

英文摘要: The coal mine safety high effective production is restricted by the problem of low permeability coal seam gas drainage.Coal and gas outburst,gas explosion and such other mine gas disasters are caused extremely easily if the gas containing in coal seam can't be drainaged.The pre-mixed abrasive water jet aided the drilling and coal seam slotting pressure relief is the effective method to improve the permeability of coal seam.Study on the erosion mechanism and permeability enhancement effects submerged pre-mixed abrasive water jet to low permeability coal seam have the important meaning to improve the effect of pre-mixed abrasive water jet strengthen the coal seam gas drainage.Based on the laboratory experiment,theoretical analysis and field experiment methods,the eroding law of submerged pre-mixed abrasive water jet to low permeability coal seam under different cutting environment factors will be researched through experimental method and with the dynamic coupling law of stress and flow field of coal seam.The mathematical model of damage-permeability during the process of pre-mixed abrasive water jet erosion based on the Weibull distribution of coal seam damage,and field experiments is carried out in this project also.
