中文摘要: 过程强化是实现煤泥高效分选的重要途径。我国煤泥呈现微细化、高灰化、连生体含量大等难选特点,煤泥分选过程仍存在回收能力弱、过程适应性差、通过牺牲处理量来保证回收率的缺陷,煤泥可浮性非均匀性的变化对分选过程设计提出了更高的要求。针对上述问题,本课题提出了基于能量输配的煤泥分选过程强化理念。研究浮选过程煤泥可浮性的变化特征和能耗过程特征,并建立浮选可浮性与能耗的关系模型。以调整浮选过程的能量输入机制为前提进行以下研究:研究捕收剂在煤粒表面的吸附机理,采用高速动态影像分析仪测试煤粒与气泡的作用规律,采用原子力显微镜(AFM)研究能量输入对煤粒表面水化膜厚度的影响,探明过程强化对煤粒表面疏水性改善的机理;选取无烟煤、焦肥煤、长焰煤三种变质程度的煤样,进行基于能量输配的浮选速度试验,建立能量输入与浮选速率的关系模型。本课题将能量输入与物性变化相适配,对煤泥分选和非煤矿物的浮选过程设计均有借鉴意义。

英文摘要: Process intensification is an important way to achieve efficient separation of fine coal. China's fine coal is gradually characterized by size reduction, ash increase and intergrowth content raise. There are still many defects such as low recovery, weak flexibility, and to ensure the recovery by sacrificing handling capacity in current fine coal separation process in our country. The change of inhomogeneous floatability of coal slime brings stricter requirement of separation process design. To solve above-mentioned problems, the idea of fine coal separation process intensification based on the energy transmission and distribution is proposed. The features of floatability and energy consumption process will be studied and the model of that will be built.The following will be studied by adjusting the energy input mechanism: the mechanism of collector adsorption on the interface of coal particles in fine coal separation process, the interaction characteristics between coal particles and bubbles tested by high-speed video camera and motion particle analyzer, the impact of energy input on the thickness of hydration layers on the surface of coal particles through atomic force microscope (AFM) and the mechanism hydrophobicity improvement of coal surface by process intensification.
