中文摘要: 网络中心战的通信网设施称为通信栅格,由于在作战共同体组网方式、节点间流量与作战规模/进程的关系等方面具有许多新的通信行为特征,使其流量模式与一般IP网络有很大不同,需进行深入细致的研究。 能否在不同作战状态细致反映通信流量的变化,是共同体流量分析关键。通过作战视图刻画共同体OODA演进过程,驱动仿真工具在各作战状态下产生节点间相应流量,可较准确仿真共同体流量行为。再经数学分析归纳,建立共同体网络流量对作战规模、成员类型、作战状态的依赖关系的数学表达,实现基于作战状态的流量带宽较精确计算与合理复用,形成原创性的网络中心战流量分析理论体系。然后推导多个作战共同体并存时流量特征与规律,设计基于作战状态的弹性带宽分配算法,并在作战级-网络级联合仿真中检验和提高模型的质量。 本项目对保障联合作战通信QoS和提高战场网络带宽利用率,对新型网络结构及其流量管控的研究和设计,都具重要意义。

英文摘要: The communication network in Network Centric Warfare(NCW) is called Communication Grid. Due to the new characteristics in the COI(Community of Interest) networking scheme and the the relations between inter-node flow and operation scale/process, its flow model is different from that of the commercial IP network, and needs to be study further. Whether communication flow change in various operation states can be reflected in detail is the key of COI flow analysis. By using operation view to describe the COI-OODA's evolvement progress, driving simulation tools to produce the appropriate flow between nodes in various operational statuses, the behavior of COI flow can be simulated exactly. After mathematical analysis, we build mathematical formulations to express the dependencies between COI network flow and operation scale, state, or member type and realize more accurate calculation and effective management based on the bandwidth of operation state flow, and form the original NCW flow analysis theoretical system. Then we derive the flow characteristics and rules for the situation when many COI coexist, and design the flexible bandwidth allocation algorithm based on the operation state, and verify and improve the quality of the model in the operation-network joint simulation.
