中文摘要: 本课题在中医“骨肉不相亲”理论基础上,总结了课题组成员多年对老年性骨质疏松症的治疗经验,提出了脾肾亏虚,瘀血阻络的病机所在,应以补肾壮骨、益气健脾、活血通络为主要治法,据此研制出壮骨方,前期研究已经证实壮骨方对骨质疏松症具有良好的治疗作用。本课题在前期研究基础上,根据“骨肉不相亲”理论,提出 “壮骨方可能通过调节瘦素、Ghrelin、肽YY等能量代谢因子干预骨代谢”的假设,采用老年性骨质疏松症作用机理一致的SAMP6小鼠作为研究模型,围绕与骨代谢障碍密切相关的瘦素、Ghrelin、肽YY等一系列能量代谢因子,研究壮骨方干预老年性骨质代谢障碍的作用机制,进一步充实“骨肉不相亲”理论基础。
