It's not accurate to measure emissivity and temperature of target by the Planck's law can which is used for infrared radiation measurement because of the nondeterminacy of target emissivity. An adaptive separating algorithm model is proposed in this project which can online adaptive to separate the emissivity and true temperature for any target. The underdetermined problem of emissivity and temperature measurement is resolved by using the model established with adaptive algorithm for emissivity and infrared theory. This model can be applied to the field such as military, industry, agriculture, remote metering and sensing. This project will study on the structure, activation function and objective function of model. A deeply research will be made on unconstrained optimization algorithm, and a optimal search algorithm to improve the calculation speed and precision will be proposed which could separate the emissivity and true temperature for any target only using multi-channel radiation of target. To improve the identification precision, a method for low temperature and weak photo- electric signal detection is studied, and way to detect low radiation signal by chaos is proposed; To establish the adaptive algorithm model for emissivity and temperature, propose the separeting algorithm for land surface temperature and emissivity, and small target identification, will be used in military and civilian areas laid a foundation。
