中文摘要: 申报项目拟结合创新团队中存在的成员关系灵活、集成创新性强、不确定程度高的固有特征,首先基于界面管理、创新团队、组织行为等理论分析提出创新团队和谐管理机制的基本理论,然后借鉴复杂系统、群组决策、风险决策等理论的技术思想与模型方法构建一套能够从微观至宏观对创新团队管理机制和谐度进行全面系统整合优化的理论与模型,即关键管理界面定位模型、关键管理界面系统内部结构与微观和谐度的影响机理模型、关键管理界面系统微观和谐度分类评价模型、创新团队和谐管理机制宏观和谐度的整合优化决策模型,最后通过对云南省高校创新团队和谐管理机制构建问题进行案例应用提出改进的对策及建议。与现有研究相比,申报项目不仅开辟了基于界面管理对创新团队和谐管理机制构建问题进行研究的新视角,而且还完整地提出了一套评价与决策的理论及模型,具有明显的理论创新性与方法创新性。

英文摘要: In principle, relationship between innovation team members has some intrinsic characteristics, such as flexible membership, strong integrated innovation and high uncertainty degree. Application projects will focus on these essentional questions and fistly propose the basic theory of harmonious management mechanism for innovation team based on the analysis in terms of interface management theory, innovation team theory, and organizational behavior theory. After that, based on complex system technological thoughts, group decision models, and uncertain decision methods, a series of theories and models will be established to integrate and optimize macro-micro harmonious degree of management mechanism for innovation team. These theories and models include location model for key management interface, influence mechanism model for inner structure and micro harmonious degree in key management interface system, classified evaluation model for micro harmonious degree in key management interface system, integrated and optimized decision model for macro harmonious degree of management mechanism.
