中文摘要: 通过理论分析和热力学计算,研究硫化物+氧化物辅助电极的选定原则和辅助电极型固体电化学定硫传感器的工作原理。利用激光熔覆法制备新型辅助电极,研究辅助电极型固体电化学定硫传感器的制备过程及影响因素。研究辅助电极型固体电化学定硫传感器的性能,建立其性能与辅助电极化学组成和微观组织结构间的关系。通过本项目的研究,掌握本项目新型辅助电极型固体电化学定硫传感器的工作原理,确定辅助电极的种类及最佳组成,明确利用激光熔覆法制备辅助电极型固体电化学定硫传感器的最佳工艺过程,为熔融金属直接快速定硫提供稳定可靠、测量精确度高的辅助电极型固体电化学定硫传感器。

英文摘要: According to theoretical analysis and thermodynamic calculation, the selection principle of sulphide and oxide used for auxiliary electrode, and the working principle of solid state electrochemical sulfur sensor will be studied in this application project. A new type auxiliary electrode will be prepared by using laser cladding method, and the preparation process of solid state electrochemical sulfur sensor and inflence factors will be investigated. The properties of the prepared solid state electrochemical sulfur sensor will be researched, and the relationship between the properties and the chemical content and microstructure will be established. Through the studies in this project, the working principle of the solid state electrochemical sulfur sensor with new type auxiliary electrode could be understood, the kids of sulphide and oxide used for auxiliary electrode and the best chemical compositions of the auxiliary electrode could be clearly defined, and the best preparation process of the solid state electrochemical sulfur sensor with new type auxiliary electrode prepared by using laser cladding method could be controlled.
