中文摘要: 巨型激光器是人类能源战略、国家安全战略中不可替代的高能物理超大型超精密科学实验的复杂光机结构。其光机模块装校要求全程柔性、非接触、盲源跨尺度精密对接,涉及各类复杂的界面行为。为了提高光机模块装校的可靠度与效率,必须对光机模块装校过程中的界面行为进行系统研究与调控。本项目以装校位姿界面为牵引,研究基于复杂光机结构密闭受限空间中光机模块装校位姿界面、功能界面与环境界面的强耦合特性,探究光机模块与复杂光机结构装校界面类型、功能特点、特征参数、描述方法及影响因子等装校界面行为。以装校位姿界面为牵引,建立跨尺度柔性、非接触、盲源空间的光机模块归一化柔性洁净精密装校的结构模型、信息模型与装配强耦合模型,揭示复杂结构装校界面对巨型激光装置的构形、装校、建设、维护影响的一般规律,为我国巨型激光装置光机模块柔性洁净精密装校系统的设计、建设及运行提供理论与实验指导。

英文摘要: The installation in the inertial confinement fusion equipment is a flexible, non-contact and multi-scale system. Many complex interfaces are involved in installation. In order to increase the reliability and the efficiency of the installation system, we should analyze and control all the interfaces. This project takes the pose interface as a lead to study the relations among the time interface, space interface, structure interface and the clearness interface. We figure out the features of each interface and their coupling relations. A structural model and information model is proposed to optimize the interfaces so as to reach a higher reliability and the efficiency. The 6-degree, non-contact, no calibration sourc device is developed to fulfill our purpose. Our research will benefit the next generation the inertial confinement fusion equipment
