中文摘要: 纳米结构的硅材料具有优异的光电性能,是多年来化学、材料、物理等学科的共同热点之一。然而,纳米结构硅材料的制备仍不成熟,缺乏一种简单、快速、便宜的制备方法,且目前还不能制备具有有序孔道和规则形貌的单质硅,致使这类材料的应用受到很大限制。本项目拟开发新的合成方法和策略,设计合成具有特定结构与反应活性的硅前驱物作为结构单元,在温和条件下利用自组装法,辅以结构导向剂,制备出系列具有有序纳米孔道的新型介孔硅和具有新型规则形貌的单质硅半导体,研究这类材料的自组装合成化学和结构-性能关系,以期开发出在材料、能源、医学等高新技术领域具有应用价值的新型功能材料。

英文摘要: Nanostructured silicon semiconductors have been one of the hot research subjects in chemistry, materials science and physics over years, owing to their unique semiconducting and luminescent properties. However, their widespread utilization has so far been hampered by the lack of a simple, fast, and inexpensive synthesis approach. This project is to synthesize new classes of mesoporous silicon semiconductors and nanostructured silicon under mild conditions by employing new approaches, which involve self-assembly of low-valent and under-coordinate silicon precursors in the presence of the structure-directing agents. The obtaining materials possess periodically ordered mesopores or unique uniform morphologies and likely have application potentials in optics, sensors, energy storage and biomedicine. The synthetic chemistry and structure-property relationship acquired in this research may provide insights into the self-assembly of inorganic clusters, and guide future research in rational synthesis of functional materials with specific structures and properties.
