中文摘要: 单分子磁体由于可以作为未来量子计算机的运算器件和存储器件以及所展现出来的奇特量子隧道现象和慢磁弛豫而具有诱人的发展前景。然而,目前预期结构和磁性的任何稀土基单分子磁体的合成以及影响磁行为的各种因素研究仍然是具有挑战性的。配位场对稀土单分子磁体磁性为的影响还没有人专题研究。本项目选取Dy3+、Tb3+、Ho3+、Er3+、Tm3+等重稀土离子作为中心体(也考虑d过渡金属参与),选用不同的有机配体进行单分子磁体的设计与合成。通过变换不同有机配体(改变配位场),重点研究结构相近,电负性不同的有机配体对单分子磁体各种磁参数的影响。经各种结构和磁学表征以及配位场理论和量子力学分析处理,总结不同分子配体配位后引起的构型变化、对称性变化、场强变化对磁体行为影响的规律。从实验和理论上为分子磁性材料的合成和应用提供借鉴。

英文摘要: Single-molecule magnets (SMMs) exhibiting fascinating quantum tunneling effects and slow relaxation of the magnetization have attracted increasing interest because of the prospect of storing and processing magnetic information as quantum computing devices.However, it has proved challengingly to synthesize anticipant both stucture, magnetic property and their affected factor of all of the lanthanide-based SMMs so far. There is no specific research on how ligand field affects the magnetic property of lanthanide as single molecular magnets. This project will choose and synthesize various organic ligands. And then we will use the above-mentioned ligands and the heavy lanthanides ions, such as Dy3+、Tb3+、Ho3+、Er3+、Tm3+( taking account of the participation of d transition metals), to develop new type single molecular magnets. The crucial aim of the project is to explore how the organic ligands with similar structures but different electronegativity affect the parameners of single molecular magnets. At last, we will explore the law how the configuration , symmetry and field strength affects the magnets after the coordination of different organic ligands by Measurements structure and magnetic property, and analysis of quantum mechanics.
