中文摘要: 膦氧是重要的氢键受体,因其独特的结构和性质,在超分子化学领域是一个令人瞩目的基团,但是将其应用在超分子拓扑化合物的研究还相对较少。本项目拟以合成的新型含磷大环为基元构筑分子梭(动态轮烷),并应用于构筑可调控的超分子囊泡及其在药物转运方面的研究。本项目拟展开以下三个方面的工作:1)设计并合成一系列新型的含磷大环化合物,发展新的构筑基元;2)以含磷大环化合物为基础,研究其与不同直链型客体分子之间的主客体作用,制备新型的多稳态分子梭(动态轮烷),研究其可调控性质;3)将上述含膦分子梭(动态轮烷)修饰后,构筑可调控超分子囊泡体系,并深入开展其在药物转运方面的研究,以期获得创新性研究成果。

英文摘要: Phosphine oxide is an attractive moiety for inclusion in interlocked structures due to its good hydrogen bonding acceptor properties. However the related phosphrous-containing analogues have seldom been reported as functional moieties for topological compounds. This proposal aims to utilize novel phosphorus-containing macrocycle as platform, and carries out the following three parts of research work: 1) design and synthesize a series of phosphorus-containing macrocycles as a new block for the topological compounds, which plays an important role in the development of supramolecular chemistry. 2) investigate the host-guest chemistry based on the phosphorus-based macrocycles, and further construct corresponding multistable molecular shuttles; 3) construct of smart supramolecular vesicles based on these phosphorus-based molecular shuttles and their application for drug delivery system will be further investigated.
