中文摘要: 本项目依托新疆丰富的煤炭、己二酸资源以及项目组在功能化离子液体的合成和应用方面的研究基础,针对未改性煤基活性炭比表面积、孔容、孔径小和所含官能团少的缺点,以及目前化学氧化改性方法中所用硝酸或浓硫酸等对环境不友好、腐蚀设备严重的问题,拟采用酸性离子液体替代无机强酸的化学方法,开展新疆煤基活性炭的绿色氧化改性研究,考察离子液体的酸性、离子液体和氧化剂的种类以及用量等因素对其改性的影响,通过对活性炭结构和表面基团的修饰,提高其作为催化剂载体的性能。此外,将含杂多酸结构的功能化离子液体负载于已改性的煤基活性炭,探索其在绿色合成己二酸中的催化应用研究,比较负载方法、负载量对催化活性影响的差异,总结规律,找到催化活性高、循环使用效果优异的新型催化剂。这些研究对于丰富和发展煤基活性炭的改性方法以及应用领域,满足不断增长的绿色化学的需要,促进新疆优势资源转换,具有十分重要的理论意义和潜在应用价值。

英文摘要: This project is based on the research of Xinjiang which is rich in coal, adipic acid resources and project group in the synthesis and applications of functionalized ionic liquids. For unmodified coal-based activated carbon little specific surface area, pore volume, pore size and functional groups contained shortcomings. At the same time, chemical oxidation of the modified method with nitric acid or concentrated sulfuric acid and other unfriendly to the environment, serious corrosion of equipment. Intend to use the acidic ionic liquid alternative to chemical methods of inorganic acid. We carried out in Xinjiang coal-based activated carbon green oxide modified. The acidity of the investigated ionic liquids and other factors as the types and amount of its modified. Modification of the activated carbon structure and surface groups to improve their performance as catalyst supports. In addition, the heteropoly acid ionic liquid load in the modification of coal-based activated carbon, to explore its catalytic application of green synthesis of adipic acid.
