中文摘要： 区域发展差异一直是旅游地理研究的重要领域，在传统经济要素难以完全解释的情况下，与区域发展相伴而生的地域文化成为重要的分析视角。本项目以地域文化对区域旅游的影响为立足点，以地理学、文化学、经济学、城市规划、旅游学等学科理论为基础，以苏南地区为例，系统研究地域文化对区域旅游发展的作用机理与综合效应。借助于GIS 技术、数理模型和计量分析等技术方法，分析地域文化影响区域旅游发展的要素和过程，对不同影响层次进行解构分析，揭示地域文化对区域旅游发展的作用机理。在此基础上，构建地域文化影响区域旅游发展的效应评价模型与指标体系，并通过案例地的实证分析进行检验和修正，藉此提出地域文化影响下区域旅游发展模式的调控对策。本研究是对文化与旅游关系研究的细化和深化，通过对地域文化与区域旅游发展关系及其规律的认识，力求丰富旅游地理与文化地理的理论内涵和方法体系，为地域文化与区域旅游的协同发展提供决策依据和实践指导。

英文摘要： Regional development difference is always the very important field of tourism geography research, which is difficult to be fully explained by the traditional economic elements, the regional culture that goes with regional development has become the important research perspective. The action of regional culture to the development of regional tourism has been taken as the starting point, thus the project will systematically study the action mechanism and comprehensive effect of the regional culture to the development of regional tourism, taking the theory including geography, culture, economics, urban planning, tourism as foundation and taking Southern Jiangsu Province as an example. With the help of GIS technology, mathematical models, econometric analysis and so on, the project will analyze emphatically the influencing elements and the process of the regional culture acting on the development of regional tourism. By deconstructing the hierarchy of the influencing factors, the project will reveal the mechanism of regional culture acting on the development of regional tourism. On this basis, the research will put forward the construction of the effect evaluation model and index system about the regional culture acting on the development of regional tourism, which will be inspected and amended through the empirical
