中文摘要: 植物化感作用广泛存在于自然界生态系统中,化感作用研究是揭示植物与其它物种之间相互作用关系和化学生态学机制的重要手段,有益于生态文明建设和农业可持续发展。项目以高寒草甸常见建群种珠芽蓼为研究对象,以拟南芥生长抑制活性为指标,采用活性跟踪分离方法和现代谱学解析技术,明确珠芽蓼根系分泌物中化感物质的化学结构;采用实验室生物活性检测方法,结合结构修饰技术,阐明化感物质活性效应的量效关系、互作方式和构效关系;从细胞信号分子入手,运用植物细胞和分子生物学研究方法,揭示化感物质活性作用的细胞信号转导途径和基因调控机理。本项目的研究成果,能够为我国高寒草甸植物群落演替提供化学生态学理论依据,也可为珠芽蓼植物资源高质化利用以及植物源农药研制奠定基础。

英文摘要: Allelopathy widely exists in natural ecosystem. Allelopathy research is an important means to reveal the chemical ecology mechanism of interactions between plants and other species, and promote the construction of ecological civilization and the sustainable development of agriculture. Polygonum viviparum L. is a common constructive species in alpine meadow. This project will isolate and characterize allelochemicals from root exudates of P. viviparum by bioassay-guided fractionation and modern spectroscopic analytical techniques. The dose-effect relationship, interaction methods and structure-active relationship of the allelochemicals will be clarified by activity evaluation methods and structural modification techniques. The mode of action of the allelochemicals will be revealed by the methods of cell signal transduction and molecular biology. Based on the results above, the project will provide the theoretical basis of the chemical ecology for alpine meadow plant community succession, and lay the foundation for the efficient use of P. viviparum resources and the development of botanical pesticides.
