中文摘要: 设计合成具有高电子迁移率的聚酰亚胺材料是拓展其应用领域所必需解决的一个关键问题。本项目拟通过在聚酰亚胺体系中引入具有较低的电离能和良好的空穴传输性能的三苯胺及咔唑多氮官能团,从而提高聚酰亚胺的电子迁移率。设计合成含电子给体三苯胺和咔唑结构的二胺单体(B2)和新型四胺单体(B4),与电子受体二酐单体聚合制备线性聚酰亚胺以及A2+B4型超支化聚酰亚胺;研究线性聚酰亚胺和超支化聚酰亚胺中D-A结构的电荷转移行为,考察聚合物支化结构对其电子迁移率及电储存性能的影响。其次,利用合成出的含咔唑胺单体对超支化聚酰亚胺进行封端,通过聚酰亚胺超支化结构和末端官能团给电子能力的协同调控,进一步提高聚酰亚胺材料的电子迁移率。本项目将为具有高电子迁移率的超支化聚酰亚胺的设计合成提供有益的参考,为电储存提供一种有实用价值的聚合物材料。

英文摘要: The design and synthesis of polyimide with high electron mobility is a key issue needed to be resolved to expand its application in electronic memories. The project plans to enhance the electron mobility of the polyimide by introducing triphenylamine , carbazole and more functional groups, of which owing low ionization energy and good hole transport properties, to enhance the electron mobility of the polyimide. Novel A2 + B4 type hyperbranched polyimide will be synthesized by polymerizing new electron donor tetramine monomer (B4) and electron acceptor dianhydride monomer (A2). Then a linear polyimide, by which polymerizing electron donor with the structure of triphenylamine and carbazole diamine monomer (B2) and electron acceptor dianhydride (A2), will be synthesized as well. The D-A charge-transfer behavior of linear and hyperbranched polyimide will be well investigated in order to evaluate the influence of hyperbranched structure on the electron mobility and electrical storage performance in detail. Then, the synthesized carbazole amine monomer, which assumed to enhance the electron donation capability, will be used to cap the new designed hyperbranched polyimide.
