中文摘要: 天然纤维素、甲壳素的产量居自然界前两位,但它们的应用和有效利用还远远不足。碱/尿素/水三元溶剂体系具有廉价、溶解能力强、环境友好等特点,在纤维素/甲壳素的改性与资源利用上具有巨大的潜力。纤维素/甲壳素在碱/尿素/水体系的溶解通常在低温下进行,而目前对其低温溶解机理的研究比较少,对低温和尿素这两个因素作用的认识也是不清楚的。本申请项目利用弛豫、自扩散、魔角旋转和交叉极化等多种液/固NMR技术并结合DSC方法,原位、定量地研究纤维素/甲壳素低温溶解体系的微观相结构及组成,进一步认识低温与尿素两个因素在纤维素/甲壳素溶解中的作用,并在分子水平上了解尿素、碱、纤维素/甲壳素之间的微观相互作用情况。在此基础上深化人们对碱/尿素/水三元溶剂体系的认识、拓展纤维素/甲壳素在碱/尿素/水体系的微观溶解理论,为改性或寻找新型溶剂提供理论支持,在纤维素/甲壳素资源的开发与利用上也具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Cellulose and chitin are the top two abundant natural polysaccharides, but the application and efficient use are far less enough. Alkali/urea aqueous system is the cheapest, high solubility and environmentally friendly solvent,and has tremendous potential in material modification and the resources utilization. The dissolution of cellulose/chitin in alkali/urea aqueous system usually occurs at low-temperature, but there are little resarches on the low-temperature dissolution mechanism, and opinions on the role of urea and low-temperature are still unclear. In this applied project, several NMR techniques including relaxation, self-diffusion, magic spinning and cross polarization with DSC method are used to quantitatively and in-situ study the phase structure and composition, the role of urea and low-temperature, and the micro-interaction among urea, NaOH and cellulose/chitin at the micro-molecular level. The applied project aims at further understanding the alkali/urea aqueous system and developing the low-temperature dissolution mechanism of cellulose/chitin, which lay the theoretic support for the modificating solvent or searching new solvent, and have important significance for cellulose/chitin resource development.
