中文摘要: 胰岛素抵抗(IR)是多个代谢异常个体聚集的核心。随着 IR 水平升高,多代谢异常的聚集强度也增加。多代谢异常聚集与心血管疾病的发生与死亡关系密切,其聚集程度越高,心血管事件发生风险越高。延边地区不同民族多种代谢异常的患病水平均高于全国水平,而且出现明显的民族差异。但到目前为止,IR 在本地区不同民族中的现状及其与多代谢异常个体聚集相关关系的研究尚未进行。本项研究拟结合现场流行病学调查方法和实验室研究方法,分析本地区不同民族人群的IR 现状;IR 伴发不同代谢异常的特点;IR 与多代谢异常个体聚集的关系;单组分和多组分代谢异常与IR 的关系;影响IR 和代谢异常组成成分的因素。这一研究将有助于阐明本地区不同民族人群的多种代谢异常及相关疾病的发病及死亡分布差异,为建立IR 和多种代谢异常病的前瞻队列提供平台。此项研究能为延边地区IR 和多种代谢异常及其相关疾病,尤其是心血管疾病的防治工作提供病因学依据。

英文摘要: Insulin resistance was be regarded a component element for the subject with multiple metabolic disorders and the proportion of population with multiple metabolic disorders increases along with the increase of IR level. Multiple metabolic disorders would be correlated with cardiovascular disease and the risk of cardiovascular disease increases along with the increase of multiple metabolic disorders. The prevalence of common metabolic disorders in the general population is relatively high in Yanbian area and the distribution of that between Korean nationality and Han nationality was significant difference. And the distribution of Insulin resistance and the relationship between Insulin resistance and multiple metabolic disorders can't be studied yet in Korean and Han nationality of Yanbian area. Field epidemiology method and experimental study will be applied in our study. Our study is to analyze the distribution of Insulin resistance; characteristics of Insulin resistance with different dysbolisms; the relationship between insulin resistance and multiple metabolic disorders; the risk factors for insulin resistance and multiple metabolic disorders between Korean nationality and Han nationality. This study will be conduced to clarity the different distribution of multiple metabolic disorders and it's related disease between Korean nationality and Han nationality and to supply platform of cohort for insulin resistance and multiple metabolic disorders,and be applied to the treatment and prevention of insulin resistance and it's related disease, especially cardiovascular disease.
