中文摘要: 本项目应用动力系统理论和数值模拟方法对复杂社会网络上传染性疾病的动态免疫策略进行研究。与以往大多数关注静态免疫策略的研究不同,本项目主要针对疾病流行过程中的免疫接种策略及其对疾病传播的影响展开研究。主要内容包括:(1)创建从静态免疫策略过渡到动态免疫策略的统一性方法,通过与静态免疫策略的比较,探究动态免疫策略对疾病传播行为的影响;(2)创建基于疾病信息(局部信息、全局信息和局域信息)的动态免疫策略,通过理论分析和数值模拟,探讨动态免疫策略对疾病传播行为的影响,并通过对动态免疫策略进行优劣性比较,得出控制疾病爆发的最优或较优免疫策略;(3)建立从感染者出发的动态免疫策略并研究它在控制疾病传播方面的效果。

英文摘要: In this projection, we apply the theory of dynamical systems and method of numerical simulation to studying dynamic immunization strategies in complex social networks. Different from the static strategies investigated in the previous work, the main work is to study the immunization strategies during the epidemic spreading and the impact of it on the disease dynamical behaviors. In details, the main contents are included as follows: (1) We will develop a unified method of planning dynamic immunization strategies from static ones and study the impacts of such dynamic strategies on epidemic spreading behaviors; (2) Based on epidemic information in a population (including local, global and local-world information), some useful and dynamic strategies will be proposed and investigated in detailed, and we will make comparisons among these strategies and attempt to find an optimal or relatively optimal strategy to control epidemic outbreak; (3) We will build dynamic immunization strategies in the neighborhood of infected invididuals and study their effects on the epidemic control.
