中文摘要: 本项目利用大量存在于农副产品废弃物棉秆中含有的丰富的固定碳,开发利用棉秆资源。活性炭表面官能团的种类与数量决定了活性炭的表面化学性质,而化学性质决定了活性炭的化学吸附特性。通过表面改性,可以大大改善活性炭对特定吸附物质的吸附能力,获得具有不同表面物化性质的活性炭。本项目围绕目标物吸附能力与活性炭表面性质关系这一关键问题,详细地研究了重金属在活性炭表面的吸附行为和机理。重金属离子是一种危害极大的污染物,为了提高活性炭对重金属离子的吸附性能,采用改性剂对活性炭进行改性,提高其对重金属离子的吸附效果。通过改性前后活性炭的比表面积的测定、扫描电镜观测、傅立叶变化红外谱图测定及Boehm官能团滴定等方法,对改性前后活性炭进行了表征分析。从而分析改性活性炭吸附重金属离子的机理及动力学规律。

英文摘要: The abundant cotton stalk as agricultural byproduct contains plentiful fixed carbon.It is significant to exploit the application of cotton stalk. The surface chemical porperties of activated carbons are closely related to the functional groups on their surface,which further determine the chemical absorbing characteristic of the activated carbon.Sruface modification can lead to substantial improvement in the activated carbon ability to absorb specific absorbated.The activated carbons with different surface physical and chemical properties were obtained by modification. A key objective was to study the relationship between the adsorption capacities of target pollutants and surface chemical characteristics of activated carbons.Heavy metal ion is a severe pollutant.In order to imProve the heavy metal ion adsorption capability of activated carbon, the activated carbon is modified by applying relevant modifier.By comparing the pre-modified and post-modified physical characteristics of activated carbon surface,through specific surface area test,SEM(Scaning Electron Microscope) inspection,FT-IR,Boehm functional group titration an etc.Research on theory and dynamic rules .
