中文摘要: 本项目研究旨在突破当前毫米波固态功率器件输出功率低、直流射频转换效率低、三阶互调抑制度低,有效地满足日益增长的毫米波通信系统的高质量、高效率通信需求,在传统的功率合成技术和线性化技术基础上,开展毫米波固态高功率放大及线性化关键技术研究。具体内容为:(1)开展毫米波多路空间高效率功率合成网络研究,采用毫米波波导内空间多级链式功率合成新技术实现毫米波多路固态高功率合成;(2)开展毫米波非线性器件预失真技术研究,分析二极管器件非线性预失真特性,优化预失真网络,实现毫米波非线性器件预失真技术带宽、效率提高;(3)开展毫米波线性化新技术研究,研究反馈式预失真新技术,突破现有毫米波线性化手段单一且线性化效率不高的缺点,实现毫米波及更高频率的宽带高效率线性化。本项目研究将有效地解决当前毫米波通信系统前端所面临的系统发射功率低和非线性失真干扰大等技术难题,提高了系统频率和功率利用率,为现代毫米波、亚毫米波

英文摘要: In this project, key technologies about millimeter-wave solid state high power combining and linearization are studied to breakthrough the low output power, low PAE, and low IM3, and to meet the increasing communication requirement with high quality and high efficiency at millimeter-wave frequency. The whole research includes: (1) Research on high efficiency millimeter-wave solid-state multiway spatial power combining network and realizing millimeter-wave solid-state multi-way spatial high power combination using a new millimetre-wave waveguide-based multi-stage chain style spatial power combining technology. (2) Research on millimeter-wave pre-distortion linearization based on nonlinear devices, analyzing the nonlinear pre-distortion characteristic of diodes, and optimizing the topology to improve the efficiency and bandwidth. (3) Research on a new millimeter-wave feedback-style pre-distortion linearization technology, to breakthrough the limitation of efficiency and lack of measure, and to realize broadband high efficiency linearization at millimeter-wave and even higher frequency. This research effectively solves some difficult problems on low transmitting power and nonlinearity disturb in millimeter-wave communication system, to improve the efficiency of frequency and power.
