中文摘要: 为探索高延性、强节点域的新型工字形柱弱轴连接,项目提出了一种节点域箱形加强式工字形柱弱轴连接节点,对其开展系统的试验研究和理论分析。通过足尺单调荷载试验和数值分析,明确新型连接的综合分类、节点域加强效果和楼板组合效应对连接分类的影响;通过足尺循环荷载试验和系统的数值模拟分析,综合考虑节点域体积、柱轴压比、强轴梁端弯矩、楼板组合效应、钢号等十余种参数,研究各种参数变化时连接的滞回性能,揭示连接的破坏机理和各种设计参数对连接强度、刚度、延性、滞回性能的影响,提出抗震设计方法。探讨通过调整加劲板、蒙皮板厚度、高度等构造措施,达到连接刚度和延性的良好匹配,调整梁对接焊缝沿梁宽度方向的应力分布,提出防止脆断和提高节点延性的构造措施,以及对各种改进连接延性的构造建议。研究成果是对现有钢框架结构中工字形柱弱轴连接理论的完善和发展,可为制订和完善相关技术标准提供依据,并可以直接用于解决工程应用的关键问题。

英文摘要: In order to explore I-section column weak axis connections of high ductility, joint region can strengthen, this project proposed a box strengthen-joint region connection of I-section column for weak axis, and carried out systematic experimental study and theoretical analysis. Through the full scale monotonic loading test and numerical analysis, clear comprehensive classification of the new connection, joint region strengthening effect and floor combination effect on the influence of the connection classification; through full scale cyclic load test and systematic numerical simulation analysis, comprehensive consideration of joint region volume, column axial compression ratio, strong-axis beam bending moment, floor combined effects, steel models and so on more than ten kinds of parameters, studied hysteretic performance of the connections when various parameters change, reveal the failure mechanism of the connection and the effect of various design parameters on the connection strength, stiffness, ductility, hysteretic performance degradation, then proposed seismic design method.
