中文摘要: 以齿轮随机非线性动力方程为耦合载体,对轮齿裂纹扩展演变与齿轮传动多尺度参数的关联规律进行基础研究。理论上建立齿轮传动多尺度参数与轮齿裂纹扩展演变之间的耦合关联,找到它们之间的对应规律。解决含修形、制造误差、安装误差、裂纹等微参数的啮合刚度建模问题,给出基于微参数的齿轮啮合刚度计算方法。基于一般力学和随机振动理论,研究齿轮传动随机非线性动力学模型的求解方法,解决齿轮传动多尺度参数、随机非线性动态特征与齿轮可靠运行时间的关联求解问题。研究构建齿轮可靠运行时间计算模型与方法,建立多尺度参数与含裂纹的齿轮可靠运行时间之间的定量关系。构建实验装置与测试系统,通过实验研究,验证与修正理论研究工作。课题研究最终目标是:得到齿轮传动多尺度参数与轮齿裂纹扩展演变的规律,提出优化齿轮传动多尺度参数的设计方法。

英文摘要: The relationship of gear multi-scale parameters and tooth crack propagation are investigated, where the dynamic system model is expressed as a random nonlinear differential equation. The mesh stiffness is modeled by combining with tooth modification, manufacturing error, installing error and tooth crack propagation parameter and the calculable program is proposed to simulate the dynamic mesh process. The numerical and analytical method are studied based on the general mechanics and random theory in order to develop a gear reliability design method. The quantitative relationship between gear system parameters and tooth crack propagation parameters are constructed. Finally, a corresponding experimental rig is built to approve and revise the theoretical model. The objectives of the project are to find the tooth crack propagation rule with respect to the gear multi-scale parameters, and propose an optimization method for gear reliability design.
