中文摘要: 柔性直流技术不仅可以解决高渗透率可再生能源接入运行控制等技术难题,而且可以灵活控制系统潮流、分担可再生能源波动,实现更广范围可再生能源的时空互补和优化运行,是解决未来大量微网集成聚合控制与运行管理的良好方案。如何利用柔性直流互联多个微网,解决可再生能源和微网发展的技术瓶颈,是一项具有理论与现实意义的研究课题。本项目围绕柔性直流互联下的多微网互联互补利用展开,以网络结构设计为基础,研究了系统转供互动功率传输范围与运行边界,提出了基于网络结构和运行模式耦合的系统协调优化配置方法。本项目的研究成果可以为多微网柔性直流集成提供系统设计与优化配置方法,并为系统优化运行、故障处理以及后续的重构自愈、可靠性等问题的研究奠定部分理论与技术基础。

英文摘要: Flexible DC technology not only can solve the high penetration of renewable energy connection problems such as running control, and can flexibly control system power flow, and in share of renewable energy fluctuations, so as to achieve a wider range of complementary and optimized operation of renewable energy in time and space scale. Flexible DC technology is a good program to solve a large number of microgrids integration and aggregation in controlling and operation management in the future. However, how to use flexible DC technology to interconnect multiple microgrids and solve the technology development bottleneck of renewable energy and microgrids is a theoretical and practical significant research. This project starts the research around more flexible DC microgrids interconnection under the complementary use, based on researches of flexible DC network architecture design, power interactive transfer, power transmission range and running border, a coordinating optimal allocation method which considering network structure and system running mode coupling is proposed. Results of this project can provide methods for flexible DC multiple microgrids design and optimal allocation, and also can lay partial theoretical and technical foundations for the system optimal operation, troubleshooting, subsequent reconstruction, healing research, and reliability and other issues.
