中文摘要: 石墨烯量子点具有生物相容性好、低生物毒性、环境友好等特点,且荧光发射可调节,结构上易于修饰。将石墨烯量子点应用于荧光探针有助于解决有机发色团水溶性差以及无机量子点生物相容性差的问题,为荧光传感材料的开发与应用提供了新的思路。现阶段,将石墨烯量子点作为荧光探针的研究还不多。因此,在本项目中,申请者拟通过石墨烯量子点与有机发色团之间的荧光共振能量转移(FRET)建立对汞离子和一些生物酶的活性进行检测的体系。我们打算:1)通过共价键将有机发色团与石墨烯量子点连接,发色团可以与汞离子反应从而改变其结构,以此来调节发色团与石墨烯之间的FRET作用进而改变体系发光;2)通过石墨烯量子点与带电荷的有机分子间的静电相互作用来调节二者的距离,进而调节体系的FRET过程。我们希望通过加入目标分子离子前后体系的荧光变化实现对汞离子和酶活性的检测。

英文摘要: Graphene quantum dots (GQDs) are emerging materials with good bio-compatibility, low toxicity and eco-friendly qualities. Their fluorescence emission could be facilely tuned, and structures could be easily modified. As fluorescent sensory materials, they are ready to overcome the poor solubility of organic molecules in aqueous solution, as well as poor bio-compatibility of inorganic quantum dots. Studies toward them provide new ways for the development of chemosensor and biosensor systems. The application of GQDs as fluorescent sensors is rarely seen in literatures at present, therefore we intend to manipulate the FRET process between GQDs and organic fluorophores to detect mercury ions and some enzyme activities. We intend to design following two systems: 1) by covalently connecting GQDs with organic fluorophores that can detect mercury ions selectively, this process will lead to emission color change of the system; 2) on the other hand, we hope to adjust the distance between GQDs and the charged organic fluorophore through electrostatic interaction, the modified fluorophore could be cleaved by certain enzyme which will lead to distance change between GQDs and fluorophore, as a result, the FRET process could be regulated.Therefore, we will be able to selectively detect mercury ions and enzyme activity by emissi
