中文摘要: 对数学认知过程的研究已经成为认知心理学、神经心理学、认知康复医学等多学科共同关心的重要课题。尽管失算症在神经系统疾病患者中发生率很高,但国内外相关研究极少。目前右脑损伤后空间型失算症的脑机制仍不清楚。本项研究目的:(1)揭示视空间认知能力对复杂笔算的影响;(2)验证"复杂笔算空间布局的特殊视空间记忆能力"假说。研究分为两部分:对正常人和右脑损伤后失算症患者进行(1)认知行为学测验,分析视空间能力对数字加工和计算能力的影响;(2)fMRI扫描,分析正常人和患者在完成特殊视空间记忆任务、简单乘法、复杂乘法任务时脑激活图的差异。探讨右脑损伤后空间型失算症的脑机制。

英文摘要: Research on the process of mathematics has been an increasingly crucial topic attracting the attention of cognitive psychologists, neuropsychologists and researchers of cognitive rehabilitation.The incidence of spatial acalculia (SA) in patients with right hemisphere damage is high,however,few relevant research is reported domestic and overseas. Currently the knowledge about the behavioral characteristics of patients with SA has not been comprehensive and its cerebral mechanism remains unclear. Study purposes will be (1) to reveal the visual spatial cognitive abilities of complex written calculation;(2)to verify the hypothesis of visuo-spatial store containing a layout representation specific to complex multiplication. Cognitive behavioral tests and functional magnetic resonance imaging scans will applied to both the healthy subjects and patients with acalculia, in order to explore brain mechanisms of spatial acalculia with right brain damage.
