中文摘要: 本项目将天然杜仲橡胶的提取与应用相结合制备了一种新型的天然杜仲橡胶基形状记忆材料。首先研发一种先进的天然杜仲橡胶的污染低、产率高的提胶方法,其次利用天然杜仲橡胶在生物提取过程中的一些特点,制备一种天然杜仲橡胶/可反应性二氧化硅原位复合材料,并在此基础上,制备了天然杜仲橡胶/纳米二氧化硅形状记忆复合材料。本项目着重研究形状记忆复合材料纳米粒子的分散情况、两相结合情况、内部交联网络的生成状况、交联键种类及交联程度、晶区变化情况对天然杜仲橡胶/纳米二氧化硅形状记忆复合材料的机械性能及形状记忆性能的影响,以期得到具有较高机械性能、高形变回复力的新型形状记忆复合材料。

英文摘要: The extraction and application of Eucommia rubber were combined in this project to prepare a new type shape memory material. First, an advanced extraction method of natural Eucommia rubber with low pollution and high yield was developed in our project. And making use of these biological extraction features of natural Eucommia rubber, we prepared Eucommia rubber/ reactive silica in situ composites. On this basis, natural Eucommia rubber/nano silica shape memory composites were prepared. In order to obtain a new type of shape memory material with high mechanical performance and shape memory properties, this project studied the influence of dispersion of nanoparticles, the combination of two stages, the generation of internal cross-linking network, types of crosslinks, and degree of crosslinking on the mechanical properties and shape memory properties of the natural Eucommia rubber/nano-silica shape memory composites.
