中文摘要: 农药安全性已成为亟待解决的公共卫生问题和研究前沿,温室大棚作为特殊的农药暴露背景,随着种植区域和种植者的比重剧增,其健康和安全性研究急需加强。本课题组前期的病例对照研究发现,温棚农药暴露导致种植者心血管疾病发生的风险升高,但其环境农药暴露是否为其发病病因且与个体、环境等因素的关联程度至今尚不明确。本项目在前期工作的基础上,拟从温棚农药暴露和个体易感性相互作用和病因学理论出发,采用人群前瞻性队列研究结合分子生物学技术和色谱-质谱联用分析技术,探寻和验证反映心血管发生发展过程中的生物标志物,将内外环境暴露水平、循环miRNAs变化及流行病学特征综合考察,采用多因素统计分析,全方位捕捉心血管疾病发生发展过程中的特征信息,综合评价心血管疾病发生的风险,为筛检温棚种植者健康监护的生物标志物,为进一步阐明心血管疾病的病因及预防策略提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Exposure to pesticides, in greenhouse is of particular a major public health concern, because of the vegetable main supplier. The security research of the issue should be promoted, as the widespread distribution of greenhouse. Based on our prior case-control research on greenhouse planter, exposure to pesticides was risk factor of cardiovascular disease. But the explicitly interactions among the pesticides, individual and environments are still unknown yet. This project on the basis of previous works, planning to commence from greenhouse pesticide exposure and individual susceptibility interaction and Etiological theories, using population prospective cohort study combining molecular biology techniques and chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, exploring and testing the biomarkers that reflects cardiovascular's genesis and development process, integrated surveying the internal and external environmental exposure levels ,circulation miRNAs change and epidemiological characteristics, using multivariate statistical analysis, all-around capturing the feature information in the process of the genesis and development of cardiovascular disease, evaluating the risk of cardiovascular disease comprehensively, supplying scientific basis for screening the greenhouse growers biomarkers of health care and for further clarifying the cause of cardiovascular disease and prevention strategies.
