中文摘要: 萘啶类化合物有许多重要的活性,然而,现有萘啶杂环骨架的构筑方法存在许多问题,如萘啶环的氮原子区域位置多样性有限,构筑萘啶时氮原子只能在某个特定位置,且构筑萘啶环的条件比较苛刻,萘啶环上的多官能化也受到限制等。本课题拟利用很容易由丙二腈衍生化得到的1,5-二氰基类化合物作为模板原料,配以缺电子试剂,有效地构建1,8-萘啶、1,6-萘啶母核骨架以及含有这些骨架的稠杂环,实现萘啶环中氮原子位置"指定化"和萘啶环上的多官能化,解决现有萘啶类化合物合成中所存在的问题。

英文摘要: TNaphthyridine compounds exhibit many important activities. However, there are many problems in the construction of the existing naphthyridine skeleton, such as limited nitrogen atoms location on naphthyridine ring, or nitrogen atoms only resided in specific positions in naphthyridine skeleton, or relatively harsh conditions, or limited functionalization on naphthyridine ring. This subject plans to efficiently build 1,8-naphthyridine, and 1,6-naphthyridine skeletons and their derivatives by using simple and readily available 1,5-dicyano compounds derived from malononitrile as key model substrates, together with diverse electron-deficient reagents, realizing regiospecificity of nitrogen atom in positions of naphthyridine ring and poly-functionalization of naphthyridine frameworks, and resolving the problems in the synthesis of existing naphthyridine compounds.
