中文摘要: 单原子层壳层核壳结构纳米低铂催化剂可以大幅度提高铂的利用率,从而实现大幅度降低燃料电池的铂用量和成本,制造和使用单原子层壳层核壳结构催化剂是解决燃料电池大规模商业化的瓶颈问题的重要途径。虽然实验室微量制备已有成熟方案,然而实现单原子壳层核壳结构低铂催化剂的低成本、高度一致、可重复的克级批量制造尚存在许多挑战性难题。本项目拟通过对制造设备的设计研究、工艺条件的研究、核的组成及形貌的影响研究、以及工艺条件对于催化剂性能的影响等相关基础科学问题的研究,为批量制备单原子壳层核壳结构催化剂的设备设计和工艺制定提供科学依据和理论基础。通过对核壳结构催化剂壳层形成机理、壳层原子与核相互作用的研究,揭示单原子层壳层核壳结构催化剂形成的基本规律及机理。本项目成果对于实现核壳结构低铂催化剂的批量制造、促进燃料电池技术瓶颈问题的突破,对于认识单原子核壳结构形成规律及其壳层与核作用机理具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Realizing core-shell structured nano catalyst with atomic monolayer shell will enhance the utilization of platinum significantly, resulting to the sharp decrease in both using amount of platinum and the cost of fuel cell, it is recognized as an effective ways to resolve the neck problems hindered the development of commercialization of fuel cells. There are a few of reports for the preparation of the core-shell structured catalysts at minigram level in laboratory, however, it is still a challenge to manufacture this kind of catalyst in bulk, with low cost, uniform and repeatable. In this project, we will explore the bulk manufacture of the core-shell catalyst with the underpotential deposition technique, including the design of manufacture apparatus, and the investigation for the effects of preparation conditions on the structure and performance of the catalyst. The achievements of these investigations will provide scientific supporting and theoretical base for the design of apparatus of bulk manufacture and the determination of technological parameters. We will investigate the formation mechanism of shell layer, the interaction of shell layer atoms with core nanoparticle, to reveal the general law and mechanism of core-shell structured nano catalyst with atomic mono layer.
