中文摘要: 为符合我国海洋气田开发技术的发展需求,填补海上混合制冷剂天然气液化工艺适应性的空白,该项目的研究具有重要意义。通过对易受船体运动影响的冷剂多相分离和换热两个环节展开研究,分别建立流体相平衡、传热与晃动之间的理论模型,并通过实验进行验证;通过动态模拟理论,建立不同海况对设备直接影响和对工艺间接影响之间的桥梁;进而通过改进分离器和绕管式换热器结构,降低晃动对设备运行性能的影响;通过优化自动控制方案,降低晃动对工艺运行稳定性和效率的影响;最终建立混合制冷剂液化工艺海上适应性评估体系,为该工艺的海况适应范围及加强措施奠定基础,为LNG-FPSO液化工艺的选择、设备选型和安装提供理论支持,为国家能源保障及战略提供基本理论依据。

英文摘要: The research of this project is of great significance to satisfy the needs of developing the technology to exploit the offshore gas field in china and filling in blanks of adaptability for offshore mixed refrigerant natural gas liquefraction process . Establishing the theoretical model, Verified by experiment, between heat, shaking and fluid phase equilibria by the researching of two aspects, including the multiphase separation of refrigerant which are vulnerable to the impact of hull motion and heat exchanging; Building bridges between the direct effects of equipment and indirect effects on the process which are influencing by different sea conditions; Reducing the sloshing impact on performance by improving the structure of separator and wound tube heat exchanger; Reducing the sloshing impact on the stability of operation and efficiency of the process; Finally, establishing the system to evaluate the adaptability of MRC on the sea, which can help estimating the range adapted on the sea and strengthening measures, providing theoretical support for the selection of LNG-FPSO liquefaction process and the equipment selection and installation and providing basic theoretical basis for national energy security and strategy.
