中文摘要: 针对航天测控资源调度中的迫切需求,提炼关键科学问题,开展系统深入的研究。首先建立复杂条件下的测控资源调度问题数学模型;同时研究建立测控调度问题中的约束条件网络,利用约束松弛特点构建约束网络动态拓扑机制;并原创性地引入博弈思想,研究建立测控任务的博弈模型及博弈机理;在此基础上,结合智能优化的基本理论,提出创新的测控资源智能调度方法,并从鲁棒性调度和动态重调度两方面入手,探索解决资源紧张条件下的测控资源不确定性调度问题。通过本课题的研究,将有望建立较为完整且有效的建模、分析、求解方法及理论体系,提出若干原创性的测控资源智能调度方法,丰富和完善航天测控资源调度问题的研究成果,为更加有效地求解复杂条件下航天测控资源调度问题提供新思路和理论依据。

英文摘要: Focusing on urgent requirements in the Resource Range Scheduling (RRS) of space Tracking,Telemetering and Command (TT&C), this project refines the key science problems, and carrys out research works deeply and systematically. Firstly, the RRS mathematical model with complex conditions is established. At the same time, a constrain network model in TT&C scheduling is established. Based on it, a dynamic topology mechanism is proposed by making use of the constraint relax feather. Furthermore, by introducing the game theory originally, the game model and game mechanism in TT&C tasks is proposed. On the basis of former anaysis, some new scheduling algorithms for TT&C RRS are proposed by combining with the intelligent optimization theory. Moreover, from robust scheduling and rescheduing perspective, the solution methods of uncertainty TT&C RRS problem with resource tension are proposed. Besides providing a theoretical basis for modeling, analyzing, and solving in the TT&C RRS problem, this project will propose some new scheduling algorithms originally, and enrich or perfect the research results about TT&C RRS problem. This project will provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the study of TT&C RRS problem.
