中文摘要: 伪瓢虫科是一类除南、北极外广布全球陆地的菌食性昆虫。目前全球对该科分类处在分类系统重建和属级阶元的修订阶段,但在我国长期无人研究,故中国人对世界该科的贡献几乎为零。中国该科昆虫物种资源比较丰富,除台湾种类比较清楚外,整个大陆地区的本底极为不清,影响全球该科的分类总结进程。目前在世界范围内,该科的高级阶元系统发育关系尚未根本解决,分类体系争议较大,分子系统学等研究工作十分贫乏,对其区系起源与分化、物种地理分布格局、食性专一性选择与生境的基本关系等了解甚少。为此,本项目将在基本摸清中国伪瓢虫物种本底和掌握世界代表性种类基础上,利用比较形态学、分子系统学、生物地理学和进化生物学等现代生物理论和技术,对上述理论问题做出客观揭示和合理解释,以比较完整地总结中国该类群,为改变我国落后的分类面貌和推进世界伪瓢虫科分类向前发展作出积极贡献。

英文摘要: Endomychidae, commonly known as the Handsome Fungus Beetles, is distributed worldwide, occurring in all major biogeographical regions.At present, this family is in reconstructing the classification of the higher grades and revising the genera by the taxonomists but no Chinese. In China, there is a high diversity in this beetle group, but no systematic study on it except Taiwan, so that the progress of the taxonomy in a worldwide is greatly hindered. Besides, the phylogeny of this family is far from clear and little work has done on molecular study, so that the classification remains in argument. What's more, there is little knowledge on the faunal formationa and differentiation, geographical pattern and relationship between the feeding behavior and habitat. For this reason, this project will focus on the taxonomy of Endomychidae from China, through the comparative morphology, molecular phylogeny, biogeography and evolutionary biology, to make an objective answer to the above problems. By this project, it will make a great contribution to the taxonomy of Endomychidae either in China or the world.
