中文摘要: 开放环境下用户对在线服务的偏好不可能完全一致,基于评价准则一致性假定的信誉机制不能保证不同服务信誉间具有可比较性,进而影响信誉在服务选择和组合服务信任评估等应用中的有效性。为此,首先将服务信誉度量建模为集结不一致用户偏好形成服务整体排序的社会选择问题,建立可比较信誉评价准则和度量体系框架;其次,结合偏好抽取、矩阵重建以及聚类技术预测缺失偏好信息;然后,采用基于组件服务贡献的方法和考虑组合服务整体稳定性的方法,解决掌握不同QoS属性权重信息时组合服务的评价分配问题;最后,通过利用用户偏好防操纵特性和提高操纵策略设计计算复杂度的方式,对可比较信誉机制的恶意操纵进行抑制。通过上述关键问题的解决,揭示不一致用户偏好与可比较信誉之间的关系,建立信誉可比较性评价准则、支持可比较性的信誉度量以及恶意操纵抑制理论与方法体系,解决用户偏好不一致情况下信誉可比较性保障问题,提高在线服务及其组合的可信管理水平。

英文摘要: It is impossible that users' preferences to online services are completely consistent in open environment. Thus, reputation mechanisms based on the assumption that all users judge the performance of a service consistently can't ensure the comparability of service reputation. As a result, the effectiveness of the reputation mechanisms should be reduced in applications such as services selection and trust evaluation of composite service. For this reason, the project plan to carry out following work: 1) Modeling the reputation measurement of online services as a social choice problem that can aggregate inconsistent user preferences into overall services ranking. Thus, the evaluation criteria for comparable reputation and the framework of comparable reputation measurement can be established. 2) Predicting missing user ratings by using preference elicitation theory, matrix completion technology, and clustering algorithm. 3) Propagating user ratings of structured composite service to component services fairly by using contribution-based method and composite service stability-based method separately in the case of different QoS weight information. 4) Preventing malicious manipulation by means of restricting domains of preferences and improving computational hardness of manipulation. By solving key problems including evaluation criteria, measurement mechanism, and manipulation preventing mechanism, the project is expected to make contributions to reveal the relationship between inconsistent user ratings and comparable reputation, and establish a theoretical system and a methodology to ensure the comparability of online service reputation. Accordingly, the research results of the project are anticipated to improve the dependability of component online services and composite online services.
