中文摘要: 活性金属及其合金是重要的结构和功能材料,表面处理可以显著提高其使用性能。由于这些金属活性高,表面处理难度大,是急需解决的瓶颈问题。离子液体是一种新型溶液,在活性金属的表面工程领域具有独特的应用前景。本项目拟采用三电极体系,对典型活性金属在离子液体中的阳极行为进行系统研究,建立活性金属性质、离子液体种类、酸碱度以及温度对阳极行为的影响规律;利用扫描电镜、能谱、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱等方法,研究金属阳极表面形貌、组成和表面膜;利用恒电位、恒电流以及循环伏安、交流阻抗谱等电化学方法,研究阳极过程的电化学反应、控制步骤以及界面变化规律;同时采用红外、拉曼等光谱法研究离子液体的组成,并结合ab initio理论计算,确定离子液体结构;最终揭示活性金属在离子液体中阳极行为的机理。本项目可以填补离子液体中金属阳极行为机理研究的空白,丰富金属阳极行为的理论,为活性金属及其合金的表面处理提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Reactive metals and alloys play an important role as structural and function materials. To expand the application, surface treatments of reactive metals and alloys are rather needed. Since the high chemical activity of these materials, the surface treatment is of great difficulties, which becomes a key issue to be desperately resolved. As a new kind of solution, ionic liquids show distinctive advantages in the surface engineering of reactive metals. In this work, a three-electode system will be employed to study the anodic behaviors of different kinds of reactive metals in different ionic liquid. The effects of the property of reactive metals, the anion, cation, acidity of the ionic liquid and the temperature of ionic liquid on the anodic behaviors will be studied. The chemical composition, phase structure and surface film of the reactive metal anode will be studied by SEM, EDS, XRD, XPS. The electrochemical methods, including potentiostatic method, galvanostatic method, cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy will be carried out to study the electrochesmical reaction equation, the controlling steps of the anodic reaction and the interface of the system.
