中文摘要: 当前对我国影响极大的雾霾天气与NOx的过度排放密不可分,NOx催化还原减排技术要求精确获知汽车尾气和化石能源燃烧中产生的NOx浓度和NH3的注入量,因此,研发高效的NOx和NH3传感器已成为该减排技术的迫切需求。本研究拟开展(1)敏感电极材料对NOx/NH3组分响应机理的研究;(2)采用瓶中造船技术制备 NH3传感器电极;(3)利用筛选出的对NOx/NH3有高效响应的敏感电极材料构建出一个combine-type结构的total NOx/NH3锆基传感器阵列;(4)定性定量评价total NOx/NH3锆基传感器阵列的工作性能。力争通过本项目的研究,研发出能在高温、高湿工作条件下对total NOx和NH3进行高效测量的锆基传感器阵列。

英文摘要: Recently, air pollutants, particulary nitric oxides (NOx) has caused serious problems in hunman health and ecological enviroment. In order to dispose of this problem, it is necessarry to develop gas sensors which can be utilized for precisely detecting the amount of NOx and NH3 existing in vehicle & industrial exhaust.In this research, a new way of developing zirconia-based total NOx sensors has been proposed, whilst, strategy for improving the performance of newly developed zirconia-based NH3 sensor was also referred, by fellowing steps of (1) sensing mechanism of these proposed sensing-electrodes towards NOx/NH3 will be throughly studied;(2)the sening-electrode of NH3 sensor will be made by Ship in Bottle Method ;(3) high-performance NOx/NH3 sening-electrodes will be screened so that to fabricate a zirconia-based combined-type total NOX and NH3 sensor array;(4)spcies and amount of total NOX and NH3 will be qualitative and quantative diagnosised by the fabricated sensor array. In general, it is expected that this research will provide technique and theoretical support for developing smart high-performance zirconia-based total NOx/NH3 sensor array.
