中文摘要: 目前国内对于亚侧耳属真菌类群的认识尚存在某些混淆的情况。本项目综合形态学和分子系统学等方面的分析,理清我国亚侧耳属真菌的种类,并了解其生态分布的特点,进行可利用资源的评价。本研究在野外调查和广泛的标本查阅和采集的基础上,从外观特征、显微结构和分子系统三个层面对亚侧耳属进行系统分类学研究。我们将详细描述每种样本真菌的形态特征并绘制线条图,同时采用DNA条形码技术对于该属类群的ITS、LSU、IGS、Ef1-α、Rpb1和Rpb2等基因片段进行实验,筛选合适的基因序列构建单基因和部分联合基因的系统发育树,分析并讨论亚侧耳属内各种之间以及亚侧耳属与其相近类群之间的系统发育关系,重点研究该属内疑难种的系统位置。这对探索亚侧耳属真菌分类更有效、更趋自然的系统,准确把握该属物种的界限具有广泛的现实意义。

英文摘要: The recognization in some aspects of Hohenbuehelia is confused in China. This study aims to make it clear and understand ecological distribution characteristics of the species, by morphological and molecular system methods, and then, evaluate the available resources. This study will carry on by three aspects, which are appearance characteristics, microstructures and molecular system, based on field investigations and extensive specimens collections. Morphological characteristics will be discribed in ditail and line chart will be drawn of each fungus. Then, DNA bar coding technology will be used to conduct the trial of several sequences of the groups of Hohenbuehelia, such as ITS、LSU、IGS、Ef1-α、Rpb1 and Rpb2. Selecting suitable gene sequences to construct the phylogenetic trees on the base of single gene and several genes combinations. Then, relationships among the each species of Hohenbuehelia, and between Hohenbuehelia and other relative groups will be analyzed and discussed. We will aslo pay much attentions to the phylogenetic position of those confused groups. Our study is significant to explore more effective and more natural classification system of this group, and define the boundaries of species.
