中文摘要: 有色金属冶炼烟气是汞、铅的重要污染源,排放的汞占全国总量的42.61%,铅锌冶炼厂对大气降尘铅的贡献率约为38%,铅锌冶炼烟气铅汞污染控制是我国有色行业与环境保护领域的重点任务。铅锌冶炼烟气中铅、汞以复杂的物理形态和化学价态存在,对烟气的分离和治理带来了极大的困难。本项目拟通过理论计算和实验技术相结合的方法,研究烟气中铅汞形态分布规律以及不同形态间的转化机制;基于实时采样技术研究建立铅汞形态分布随烟囱高度变化的理论模型;研究不同形态铅汞选择性高效分离的物理化学原理。通过本项目研究,旨在丰富重金属冶炼烟气治理的基础理论,形成冶炼烟气铅汞高效分离与深度净化的新技术原型。

英文摘要: Flue gas of nonferrous metal smelting is the most important pollution source of lead and mercury. In China, mercury emission from the flue gas to the atmosphere is 42.61% of total mercury emissions, and about 38% of the atmospheric lead dust comes from lead-zinc smelting. Therefore, the treatment for lead and mercury pollution from the flue gas in lead-zinc smelting is urgently needed. Since lead and mercury have different physical states and chemical valences, separation and treatment become complicate. This proposal intends to study the distribution of the states and valences as well as transformation conditions by theoretical calculations and experimental techniques. Based on in-situ sampling method, a model about the distribution and chimney height will be built. Mechanisms for specific separation of lead and mercury will be proposed. In addition, a technology prototype for sufficient separation and depuration of lead-zinc smelting flue gas will be developed.
