中文摘要: 面对燃料电池用阳离子交换膜与阴离子交换膜发展中存在的问题,本项目开创性地提出了一种简单而通用的侧链型阴/阳离子化芳香族聚合物的合成方法即"离子单体聚酰基化"法,从不同结构的离子化单体(侧链设计)及共聚单体(主链设计)出发,以'由底到顶'的方式建造一个系统的单体结构-聚合活性-聚合物结构-离子交换膜微结构-离子交换膜性能研究平台,深入研究聚合反应活性与离子化单体的结构及聚合反应条件间的关系、侧链离子的种类(不同的阴、阳离子)及含量、侧链的种类及长度、主链的结构等内在结构参数与膜微观形貌的关系、膜微观形貌与离子传导性及燃料渗透性间的关系等关键科学问题,并在此基础上筛选出性能优异的燃料电池离子交换膜,特别是在耐碱性阴离子交换膜方面取得突破,促进燃料电池的实用化。

英文摘要: With the obstacles facing the art-of-the-state of cation exchange membranes and anion exchange membranes for fuel cells, 'polyacylation of ionized monomers' as a simple yet versatile approach to side-chain-type anionic/cationic aromatic polymers is proposed herein for the first time. Using this approach, a platform for the systematic reseach of the monomer structures-polymerization reactivity-polymer structures-the micromorphology of ion exchange membranes (IEMs)-properties of IEMs relationship will be constructed via a 'bottom to up' way starting from a variety of ionized monomers (design of side chains)and co-monomers (design of main chains) as building blocks. Through comprehesive investigation on these materials created by this platform, it is expected to get further insights into some key scientific issues such as the relationships of 1) monomer structures-polymerization reactivity-polymerization conditions; 2) polymer structures including the contents and species of ionic groups, the length and properties of side chain, the structures of the main chain-the micromorphology of IEMs; 3) the micromorphology of IEMs-ion conductivity-fuel crossover.
