中文摘要: 为了提高复杂装配体的创新设计效率,提出并研究三维传动链,装配级功构映射,功构映射非流形体建模与三维重构的理论方法。研究机构的立体布局设计,在概念设计阶段与物-场模型相结合,研究triz理论的矛盾矩阵、效应知识库、专利知识模型,进行装配/拆卸分析及创新设计。装配级结构变参设计思想与triz理论结合,为自顶向下创新设计向导的开发提供方法论的支持。功构映射非流形体建模理论,拓展了几何造型技术的研究领域, 加快自顶向下设计自动化系统的发展步伐,使CAD/CAM系统实现跨越式发展

英文摘要: In order to improve the efficiency of innovative design of complex mechanical assembly, this project is to propose and study on three-dimensional transmission chain, assembly-level function-form mapping, modelling of non-manifold entity, and geometric reconstitution. 3D mechanical layout design is correlated with object-field model during the conceptual design stages. Three modules of contradiction matrix, effect knowledge base, patent knowledge module are to be developed. The assembly/disassembly analysis and innovative design are carried out during the conceptual design stages. Assembly-level structure design and TRIZ theory is to provide the methodological support for "top-down design wizard". Researches on function-form mapping, theory of non-manifold modeling, expanding the CAD/CG research areas, are expected to accelerate the development of top-down design automation. And a leap-forward development of CAD/CAM systems is to be expected.
