中文摘要: 颗粒粗化是半固态加工、沉淀强化、夹杂物控制等多种材料制备过程的核心问题。将强磁场这一新的控制手段引入颗粒粗化的过程中,系统研究强磁场下颗粒粗化过程的基本规律有利于对颗粒粗化过程进行控制、改善材料的微观组织进而提高其性能。本项目以弱磁性颗粒或强磁场下呈现不同能量效果的磁性颗粒的固/固、固/液两相体系为研究对象,采用实验研究和理论分析相结合的方法,研究强磁场下两相体系中颗粒的粗化行为,揭示强磁场对各个体系自由能及体系内溶质原子扩散行为的影响规律,明确强磁场对颗粒粗化的影响机制,初步建立强磁场下的颗粒粗化理论模型,提出利用强磁场控制颗粒粗化的技术思路。研究结果不仅有助于丰富强磁场材料科学理论,而且对于研究强磁场对材料的作用机理及强磁场下材料的开发具有积极意义。

英文摘要: Coarsening of particles is a main problem during many material processes, such as semi-solid processing, precipitation strength, inclusion control. High magnetic field, as a new method, being introduced in coarsening process of particles and systematic studies on the particles coarsening under high magnetic field are advantageous to control coarsening process of particles, improve microstructure and properties of materials. Solid/solid, solid/liquid two-phase systems containing weak magnetic particles or magnetic particles that present different energy effects are to be used in this study. With the combination of experiment and theory analysis, the coarsening behaviors of particles under high magnetic fields will be investigated. Based on revealing the effects of high magnetic fields on free energy of each system and diffusion of solute atoms, it is clarified the mechanism of high magnetic fields on the coarsening behaviors of particles, preliminarily established the theoretical model of particles coarsening under high magnetic fields and then suggested technical concept of controlling particles coarsening by using high magnetic fields. The studies might be helpful to establish and enrich the materials science theory under high magnetic fields. It is significant in studying the mechanism of high magnetic fields
