中文摘要: 煤炭在我国的能源结构中占据主要地位,然而近年来我国煤炭安全生产形势却较为严峻。本项目从导致各类煤矿安全事故的失信因素分析入手,研究并建立各类煤矿安全事故的失信模型和失信评价体系,提出符合我国煤炭企业现状的煤矿安全管理和控制方法。在此基础上基于无线传感器网络技术研究针对常见的煤矿井下失信行为的井下定位技术和主动视频监控技术,有效地预防井下失信行为的发生,降低事故发生率。最后,结合相关信息支撑技术的现状及国内外的研究进展,研究支撑煤矿安全的安全管理信息系统、传感与检测系统、安全信息网络与通讯系统、安全预警决策与决策支持系统以及救援信息保障系统等的战略工程与技术方案。本项目的成功实施将有助于我国煤矿安全水平的提升。

英文摘要: Coal is a chief part of energy resources component in China, however coal mine production safety situation of China is very grim in recent years. From analysis on incredible factors leading to coal safety accident this project will research and establish incredible model and incredible evaluation system, and propose coal mine safety management and control method suit for the condition of current Chinese coal mine enterprise.According to the common coal mine underground incredible behavior, the project will research Wireless Sensor Network technology based localization technology and active video monitoring technology, which can effectively prevent the happening of the underground incredible behavior, and reduce accident occurence rate.Finaly combine the status and development of related support technology both at home and abroad, this project will research strategic engineering and technology solutions composed by five parts: sensing and detection system, security information network and communication system, safety information management system, safety warning decision and decision support system and rescue information assurance system, which can support the safety of coal mine.The successful implementation of this rproject will be helpful to our coal mine safety level.
