中文摘要: 针对山西焦化产业的现状,遵循煤炭高效综合利用原则,以低质炼焦煤为原料,基于制焦条件、煤结构演变和气化反应性关联的理论探讨,优化气化焦生产工艺、合理利用过剩的炼焦产能,研究工作紧密结合山西省省情,目标明确,理论和现实意义较强。从冶金焦和气化焦的差异性入手,分析探讨现有焦化工艺生产气化焦中可能存在的问题,提出具体的研究方案。依据不同配煤煤种的结构差异及不同条件下成焦结构演变的过程解析,揭示煤种特性和焦化条件对焦化产品的收率及组成的影响机制;分析煤焦“物理结构、化学结构和矿物质”间的相互作用机理,掌握“煤种特性—焦化条件—焦炭结构—气化反应性”四者间的本质关联;确定影响煤焦气化反应性的主要因素,量化指标参数,明确变量因子,以结构参数为自变量,气化反应速率为因变量,建立相对准确的反应性预测模型;以产品效益最大化为目的,对现有产能过剩的焦化工艺进行优化,为以焦化为源头的气化焦生产技术提供基础理论支撑。

英文摘要: Based on the situation of coking industry in Shanxi province, following the principle of efficiently comprehensive utilization of coal, the coking coal with poor quality will be used as feedstock for coal blending and coking. The production of coke for gasification can rationally utilize the excess capacity of coke production, which is the important measure for the promoting innovation of coking industry. The researches on the optimization of the preparation process of coke for gasification according to the inherent correlations among coking conditions, coal structure evolution and gasification reactivity present the clear goals and great theoretical and practical significance. In light of the differences of metallurgical coke and gasification coke, the probably critical problems for the production of gasification coke using the existing coking equipment must be projected. Therefore, it is put forward to reveal the mechanisms of coal characteristics and coking conditions influencing on the yields and compositions of coking products; understand the inter-relations among the physical structure, chemical structure and mineral composition of gasification coke; know well the inherent correlation among the characteristics of coal, coking conditions, coke structure and reactivity; optimize the existing process of coke production for the purpose of the maximization benefit. According to the main factors influencing the gasification reactivity determined through experimental researches, the prediction model of coke gasification reactivity is optimized. It is sure that this project will supply a strongly theoretical base for developing the production of gasification coke bases on the existing coking equipment.
