中文摘要: 葡萄果皮色泽由花色苷含量和种类决定,是葡萄果实重要的感官品质之一,在很大程度上决定着鲜食葡萄的市场价值和酿酒葡萄的酿酒潜质。根域限制是近年来在全国大面积推广应用的一项果树栽培新技术,具有很多优点,其中最显著的就是能有效提高果实品质,使鲜食葡萄果皮花色苷总量比对照提高1-2倍,并改变花色苷的组成,但其对酿酒葡萄花色苷含量和组成的影响还不清楚,根域限制影响花色苷生物合成的分子机制亦未明确。本项目拟基于已有葡萄EST,分析根域限制对鲜食和酿酒葡萄花色苷生物合成过程所有结构基因以及相关调节基因的转录表达的影响,系统探讨根域限制主要在果实发育的哪些阶段影响花色苷生物合成,阐明根域限制促进果皮花色苷合成和修饰的分子机制。研究结果可以丰富葡萄花色苷生物合成调控的理论,为实现人为调控鲜食和酿酒葡萄花色苷的合成提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Color is the main organoleptic quality influencing the value of table and wine grapes, which was determined by the content and composition of anthocyanins in the skin. Root restriction, a novel technology, had been popularized and applied in viticulture in many regions in China recently. There are many advantages in applying this technology and the most outstanding one is improving fruit quality. Root restriction can not only increase the anthocyanin content by about 1-2 folds in the skin of table grapes, but also can change the anthocyanin composition. However, its influence to anthocyanin accumulation and composition in wine grapes is still unknown. Besides, the transcriptional regulation of root restriction on anthocyanin biosynthesis is unclear either. Therefore, we plan to analyze the transcriptional regulation of root restriction on all the structural and regulatory genes in the anthocyanin synthesis pathway based on the grape EST systematically. The study aims to discuss when and to what extent root restriction affect the biosynthesis of anthocyanins in the developmental stages, and to clarify the transcriptional mechanism. The expected results could enrich the theory of anthocyanin biosynthesis regulation in grape, and could improve the availability of artificially regulate the biosynthesis of anthocyan
