中文摘要: 钢筋锈蚀是影响混凝土耐久性的最主要原因。及时定位早期锈蚀发生的位置和监测锈蚀的程度可以为耐久性的评估和维修、加固的决策提供必要的依据,对确保结构设计年限内的安全运营并降低其全寿命周期费用成本有着重要的意义。目前在实际工程中,常使用半电池电位法等基于电化学原理的方法进行锈蚀检测,但此类方法的结果并无法定量判断锈蚀的程度,且结果的可靠度受诸多环境因素的影响。申请人在之前的研究中发现高频探地雷达可以用于钢筋锈蚀监测,在保护层混凝土开裂之前发现钢筋的早期锈蚀,并提出通过周期性监测,可定性地判断钢筋锈蚀的发展。提出该项目申请,旨在进一步发展该方法,通过实验研究雷达信号的变化和锈蚀程度的关系,找到利用探地雷达进行锈蚀定量监测的方法。同时开发自动锈蚀图像处理和配准程序,用于分析实际应用中不同年份采集的海量数据,进行快速自动处理和比对,将该方法发展为具有实际工程应用价值的创新性技术。

英文摘要: Chloride-induced reinforcement corrosion is one of the main deterioration processes in reinforced concrete structures. Most of the commonly used corrosion testing methods, like half-cell potential are electrochemical-based. These methods provide indications of the current, instantaneous state of corrosion activity and could not measure the development of corrosion. And the results are always infected by the environment. In the latest research of the applicant, it was founded that Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) holds the potential to visualize the early-stage corrosion. By comparing the results of periodic GPR monitoring, the development of reinforcement corrosion can be found qualitatively. In this new project, this method is going to be developed in to a quantitative corrosion monitoring method. Experiments will be carried out to study the relation between the change of GPR signal and corrosion degree. A corrosion image processing and registration program will be developed to automatically process the massive datasets, which warrants the possibilities of further transferring the proposed method to large-scale measurements on site.
